Registration to participate in the 2009 event must be made by February 9, 2009 and Organizers should receive all payments by February 16, 2009 to insure that we record your payment for your admittance to the 2009 UAAP NCAA Basketball Invitational. Payment Policy / Terms & Conditions
All registration fees must be paid within 15 days after submission of registration. Organizers should receive all payments by February 9, 2009 to insure that we record your payment for your admittance to the 2009 UAAP NCAA Basketball Invitational event. Incomplete registrations and registrations submitted without proper payment will not be processed, and no 2009 UAAP NCAA Basketball Invitational admittance will be issued, in advance or onsite.

Jersey fee, fee(s) must be paid by February 17, 2009.

Paid registrations and fees submitted in advance will receive confirmation when check clears. Bounced checks will be subject to all bank charges and penalties. 2009 UAAP NCAA Basketball Invitational badges will be mailed by February 16, 2009. Please review your registration confirmation immediately.

Cancellation Policy
Prezz It! will issue refunds, minus a $10 processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before February 23, 2009. You must receive a confirmation back from the organizers that we have received your cancellation or you will be responsible for payment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 23, 2009. Substitutions will be accepted and requests must be submitted in writing by the original registrant. The substitute must bring letter signed by original registrant naming the substitute attendee and the original registrant.
